Spheretech’s Automatic Press Feed / Snap-on Capping Machine is sophisticated equipment engineered for the precise closure of containers in industrial applications. Utilizing advanced automated mechanisms, this machine applies controlled force to press caps onto containers with uniform pressure, ensuring consistent and reliable sealing
Operating on an intermittent motion system, Spheretech’s capping machine seamlessly transports bottles via a conveyor to a rotating turret star wheel positioned beneath the press capping heads. The machine is equipped with automatic cap feeding and orientation systems to enhance efficiency.
Upon successful capping, bottles exit the machine. In the event of an outfeed blockage, a backup sensor promptly detects the issue, halting the capping process until it is resolved, ensuring uninterrupted operation and maintaining high production standards.

- Speed up to 45 caps per minute (depending on the cap size).
