Spheretech’s highly insulated design ensures accurate dosing into various containers such as PET, PP bottles and aluminium cans, while maintaining consistent pressure and quality standards. The process involves supplying liquid nitrogen to the doser, where sensors detect containers and send signals to the controller, directing the dosing head to dispense the required quantity. Liquid nitrogen droplets swiftly evaporate and expand, filling the container’s headspace with the desired pressure.
